FAQ
Purchased items in the shop aren't delivered to your account
We have it set up so purchases are processed instantly once we've received payment. However, if that system is down... please wait up to 5 minutes for it to apply in-game.
I have reconsidered the item that I had purchased
All transactions are rendered automatic and are handled by the system. Therefore, are final by default. This decision was made for tax reasons, and we wish to keep our records neat.
However, you can still contact support and make a request. We make decisions on a case-by-case basis.
We are as anxious as you to play the latest release update of Hytale as you are. In order to bring you that experience as soon as possible, we will apply the update as soon as the corresponding plugins that handle core server features are compatible to that version. Such as:
- Land Protection
- Punishment Management System
We will disable any plugins / mods that break with the hytale update until a patch has been made.
We apologise for any inconveniences caused.
Yes, we allow scamming of items and in-game virtual money which has no real-world value. However, the scam involves an item that has real-world value (meaning someone donated their hard-earned money to get it), then nobody can scam on either side of the trade.
We suggest recording using Medal.tv and clipping moments for proof, should you ever need it. Without proof, we cannot take action against a user as it would be considered heresay (he-said / she-said).
We allow scamming of items that have no real-world value to teach our members to be safe. We've all been scammed at some point and its a valuable life lesson to always be cautious of who you do business with. (*millennials suddenly having PTSD flashbacks about their RS3 GP losses*)
if you're looking for a safe method to sell your items, you can use the auctionhouse. It does have a 5% tax on sales though. Alternatively, you can find a middle-man that's trustworthy to help complete your deal!
Create a ticket and list the exact coordinates so our staff team can investigate.
We will appropriately punish who is responsible and roll-back the affected areas or reset the affected chunks.
